World Clock & Meeting Planner
Cities around the world, compared with your local time. Daylight saving time is handled automatically.
How to use
The cards show the current time in each city and its difference from your time, updated every second. "Your time" comes from your device's time zone. Days that differ from yours are marked Tomorrow or Yesterday. Remove cities with ✕ and add others from the list — your selection is saved in this browser.
Scheduling a call across time zones? Use the meeting planner. Each row is a city and each column is an hour of your day; green cells are that city's office hours, dark cells are night. Tap any column to select it, and the line above the table names the hours where the most cities are at work.
Time zones and daylight saving
World time is based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Every zone is an offset from it — New York is UTC−5 in winter, Seoul is UTC+9 all year. The tricky part is daylight saving time, when clocks move forward an hour in summer, because regions switch on different dates:
| Region | Daylight saving time |
|---|---|
| Most of the US and Canada | Second Sunday of March → first Sunday of November |
| UK and European Union | Last Sunday of March → last Sunday of October |
| South-east Australia, New Zealand | First Sunday of October → first Sunday of April (southern summer) |
| Japan, Korea, China, India, Singapore | None |
Because the US and Europe switch two to three weeks apart, the gap between New York and London is one hour shorter than usual for a few weeks every March and late October. This page calculates every time from the official time zone database (IANA) built into your browser, so those transition weeks are handled automatically.
