This policy explains how AlarmTimer ("the site") handles information. It applies from October 31, 2026.

1. Information we collect

The site has no accounts and does not collect or store your timer settings, laps, city lists or countdowns on a server. All tools run inside your browser.

2. Browser storage (localStorage)

For convenience, your last timer length, Pomodoro settings and today's session count, chosen cities and last countdown are kept in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not visible to us. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

3. Exact time measurement

The Exact Time page requests only the current time from our server. The request contains no personal information, and the returned time is used only inside your browser to compare with your device clock.

4. Share links

A countdown "Share link" contains the target time and name in the address. Anyone with the link can see them.

5. Advertising and cookies

The site shows Google AdSense ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services for details.

6. Access logs

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may temporarily process access data such as IP addresses for security and reliable operation. We do not use it to identify individuals.
